Hirer Regulations

At Starfleet Auto, we pride ourselves on offering one of the most attractive rental rates in the country. 

However, we are very strict on rental payments and we do not allow hirers to miss their payments.

Whenever hirers and customers default on their payments, we reserve the rights to take the following actions 

1. Entering the hirer details into the national blacklist

2. Repossessing and billing a towing fee of $150

3. Suing for arrears in the Small Claims Tribunal

4. Sending a letter of demand to the hirer

5. Inform the credit bureau of Singapore CBS of the outstanding amount

We trust that all of our hirers are responsible and up to date in their payments so that enforcement action is not necessary.
